Well Here are some places that you must check out if you haven’t already done so.
Locations: Flagstaff, Sedona, and Phoenix
Quite frankly, the best gluten free pizza I have ever tasted, and one of the best pizza’s in general I might add. They sell both gluten free and regular pizzas, and make a lot of the gluten free ones. They charge about 20 bucks a pizza, so you can eat out for about the same price as many other places. They also have some amazing strawberry lemonade. As an added bonus, you can buy some of their dough to bring home to make your own pizzas. If I remember correctly, it was 4 or 5 bucks for enough dough to make 2 pizzas.
~Chinese Cultural Center~
This is an asian themed mall, they also have a chinese grocery store where you can find many flour’s such as rice, sweet rice, tapioca starch, potato starch and more, all for a dollar a pound or less.
~Gluten Free Creations~
This is a gluten free bakery. The owner is extremely nice and offers samples to anyone who comes in the door. The baked goods are extremely good. The pizza the only thing that I have tried there that I’m not a huge fan of, though it is possible that they have improved their crust since then. If you want pizza, I suggest going to picazzos mentioned above.
