Pizza Dough

1 package active dry yeast
1 ½ c. warm water
2 C. White Rice Flour
1 C. Brown Rice flour
1 C. Tapioca starch
2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 Tbs. sugar
¼ c. olive oil
1 ½ tsp. salt

1. in measuring cup put yeast and sugar into water and let sit until yeast bubbles start to come to surface
2. mix dry ingredients and make a small well in the center
3. pour yeast mixture and olive oil into the well
4. mix dough thouroughly
5. knead dough sevelar times until a solid piece
6. let dough rise for two hours
7. prebake crust at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
