Stuffing

well, I tweaked the stuffing recipe a bit, I added a bit more broth, and doubled all the spices, also added some celery to the broth to give it a bit more flavor. I might still play with this a bit more, but it already tastes pretty good, and I doubt that there will be too much I can do more with it.

4 tsp. dried onion flakes
4 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. italian seasoning
4 c. gluten free bread crumbs
3 Tbs. butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 stalk celery chopped(optional)

1. mix onion flakes, parsely, italion seasoning and gluten free bread crumbs in a bowl.
2. heat broth, butter and celery in saucepan until butter is melted and they are hot.
3. stir in dry ingredients and remove from heat, covering tightly.
4. let stand covered for 5 minutes then fluff with fork and serve.
