Peanut Sauce

I actually made this recipe for a more unique pizza, which turned out quite amazing. I’ll work on adding that recipe shortly as well.

Note! Make sure you use gluten free soy sauce in this recipe. I personally use walmart’s great value brand(WARNING! WALMART GREAT VALUE SOY SAUCE IS NO LONGER GLUTEN FREE), or basha’s food club brand, which also has a gluten free teriyaki sauce.

1 c. water
⅔ c. peanut butter(creamy or chunky)
2 clove garlic
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 ½ Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. gluten free soy sauce(WARNING! WALMART GREAT VALUE SOY SAUCE IS NO LONGER GLUTEN FREE)
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper

1. Put all ingredients into sauce pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
2. boil until mixture thickens

if making ahead, cover and refridgerate. reheat over medium low heat. if sauce is too thick, you may add a little extra water to thin it some.
