Egg Drop Soup

5 c. (or 3 x 14 oz cans) chicken broth
3 large eggs
2 medium green onions
1 stalk celery
1 Tbs. gluten free soy sauce
½ tsp. sesame oil
¼ tsp. pepper
salt to taste

1. In a cup, lightly beat eggs.
2. Chop green onions(including the greens) and celery
3. Bring chicken broth to a boil.
4. Add salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vegetables. Cook for another minute
5. While stirring soup, slowly pour in eggs.
