2 c. Gluten Free Bisquiick Replacement
2 large eggs
1 c. milk

1.  in measuring cup mix together milk and eggs
2. pour into a bowl with the bisquick replacer
3. stir together until mixed, but don’t over stir

4. heat greased skillet to medium-high heat
5.  pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet.
6. cook till sides are dry, then turn it over. cook until golden.
