It has been a while since I have made these, but man they are good. My father-in-law made these for a friend that hates jalapenos. He had her eat them without telling her they were jalapenos, and she accidentally loved them. I think she even made them for her family after she was done.
9 medium jalapenos
1 package center cut bacon
1 package cream cheese
1. Cut off stems of jalapenos and slice in half. Remove all seeds and membranes.
2. Divide cream cheese into 18 pieces and stuff each half pepper with a portion.
3. Wrap peppers with bacon.
4. Broil for 5-10 minutes.
