Corn Dogs

I made these a couple nights ago, they came out really good, although I only had enough Popsicle sticks for four of them.
1 c. milk
2 large eggs
¼ c. vegetable oil
⅔ c. Wendy Wark Flour Mix
1 ⅓ c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. Sugar
2 package hotdogs
½ c. Wendy Wark Flour for dusting
16 popscicle sticks
oil for deep frying
1. Mix milk, eggs, 1/4 cup oil, salt and sugar in a large bowl
2. Stir in the flour, cornmeal, and baking powder
3. pat dry hot dogs with paper towels
4. dust hotdogs with flour to help the batter stick
5. put a popscicle stick in each hot dog
3. Heat oil to 375° F
6. pour batter into a tall glass
7. dip hot dog into the batter and coat completely
8. immediatly place the batter coated hot dog into the oil
9. fry until brown
10. repeat 7-9 until all hotdogs are done. Only fry a couple at a time so they can cook properly.
